Starters are the most amazing part of any dining experience. Be it with your favourite drink or without everyone loves to start their meal with appetisers. So, let's start with some amazing and easy to cook recipes.

HARA BHARA KABAB

A healthy starter....yes it contains the goodness of spinach, cottage cheese and green peas.

Ingredients:

1 Bag/3bunches of Spinich ( blanch it and puree it without adding water)

150 grams cottage cheese grated

1/2 cup green peas, mashed

1 cup potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed.

! teasp green chilli, finely chopped

1 tabsp refined flour/ maida

2 teasp chaat masala

1/2 teasp red chilli powder

salt to taste

HOW TO MAKE?

In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients and make a dough. Now Mae balls to make Kababs, press them and sauté them on a non stick pan on both sides using little oil. The kababs should be soft inside and should get a red crust outside.

serve with green chutney and salad.
